Choose the application time and member type, agree to the terms, and click to submit the information, then your membership will be updated. We will open the service for you as soon as we ensure your remittance.

Why is it showed error with my E-mail when registering?

Answer: Your E-mail must be in the format of (member ID) @(domain), such as egxnet@gxchina.com

Why can't the member ID be accepted when registering?

Answer:Possible reasons:
    1. it has been already registered by other members Every member ID is unique in the data base. It can't be registered twice. We kindly suggest you try other similar names. For example, if "cctv" has been registered, you may try "cctv2002" or"cctv12345"
    2. the member ID you entered doesn't meet the standard.The member ID must be 4 to 20 characters long. Otherwise it can't be accepted.The member ID must be in 4 to 20 characters. Otherwise it can'
    3. the member ID includes incorrect characters.It must consist of letters or Arabic numerals. The system do not accept characters as punctuation, space, *,@ and the like. The member Ids such as sh cciec ,shanghai_cciec,shanghai-cciec, shanghai@cciec, or shanghai*cciec, are all incorrect.

Reasons for rejection of password when registering

Answer: the length of your password does not meet the standard.The password must be 6 to 20 characters long. Otherwise it can't be accepted.It must consist of letters or Arabic numerals. The system do not accept characters as punctuation, space, *, @ and the like. The password you entered is the same with your member ID.To ensure the security of network information, our system requires different password and member ID.

How to attach photos to information

Answer: Regularly, posting trade leads does not involve uploading photos, unless the trade lead includes product details. The process is as follows:
Login, click "Info Management > Info Management" in " My Account ", then click "[new]"at the top of the table on the right. After posting the trade leads, you will see

Enter product details, then click "browse" to upload your photo.

Why I failed to upload photos?

Answer: the photo must be in the format of JPG, max 500k.

What if I forgot my password?

Answer: on the right of the registration frame, there is

Enter your member ID, then choose the way you getting back your password.
1.Get back password via E-mail.

Enter the E-mail address you registered. If it correct, we will send your password to you. Please check it.
2. Get back password by question and answer.

Enter the question and its answer, click "Submit", then you will get your password.
